According to a Gallup & Gilani Pakistan National Survey conducted in the year 2003 (13 years ago) respondents were asked “Do you agree with the statement that many people who do good work remain unrecognized and unrewarded?” In response to this question, 77% said that they agreed with the statement.
Comparative Picture: The question was asked again in 2016 to enable a concrete comparison. In 2016, 46% said they agreed with the statement.
The findings are available since 1996 periodically and the graph below shows how the public opinion has fluctuated over the past 20 years.
