A global survey conducted across all continents in 19 countries shows that 9% globally see Terrorism as their most important national problem. In Pakistan, the figure is much higher than global average at 22%.

The global survey was conducted in 19 countries across the globe covering Europe, Americas, Asia and Africa. The global sample comprised 11,293 men and women, as well as those belonging to various age, income, education and linguistics groups including Pakistan. The respondents were asked; What do you think is the most important problem facing your nation today? Responding to this, 9% believe that terrorism is their biggest national problem whereas in Pakistan 22% think of terrorism as the most important national problem.
