A significant majority (82%) of Pakistanis support PPP’s decision to replace Syed Qaim Ali Shah with Murad Ali Shah as Chief Minister Sindh.

According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup Pakistan, a significant majority (82%) of Pakistanis support PPP’s decision to replace Syed Qaim Ali Shah with Murad Ali Shah as Chief Minister Sindh.

A nationally representative sample of men and women from across the four provinces was asked, “Recently PPP’s Sindh Government removed Syed Qaim Ali Shah from the position of Chief Minister and Murad Ali Shah replaced him. Are in favor or against this decision?” In response to this question, 40% said they were very much in favor, 42% are somewhat in favor, 10% are somewhat against it, and 6% are very much against it. 2% did not know or did not wish to respond.
