Modest levels of satisfaction observed across Pakistan in regards to the performance of the gas company. 3 in 10 Pakistanis are unsatisfied with the accuracy of meter reading and timely billing.

According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup & Gilani Pakistan, modest levels of satisfaction observed across Pakistan in regards to the performance of the gas company. 3 in 10 Pakistanis are unsatisfied with the accuracy of meter reading and timely billing.

A nationally representative sample of men and women from across the four provinces who answered in the affirmative about having domestic gas supply was further asked “How satisfied are you with performance of the Gas Company?” In response, 20% said they were satisfied with the accuracy of meter, 49% said somewhat satisfied, 24% said somewhat unsatisfied and 6% said very unsatisfied. In regards to timely billing, 24% said they were satisfied, 46% said somewhat satisfied, 23% said somewhat unsatisfied and 7% said very unsatisfied. Overall, 27% said they were satisfied with the cumulative performance of the gas company, 43% said somewhat satisfied, 24% said somewhat unsatisfied and 7% said very unsatisfied.
