The second batch of interns attended a Skype session conducted by Gallup Pakistan about a coding management system managed by a firm in Singapore. The session used a set of data to demonstrate how the software is used. The example used to explain the software coded the question where people were asked about the food they like the most. Since most of open-ended questions result in a wide range of answers, it becomes hard to code. This application can help code such responses with ease. It allows its users to code and analyze a mass amount of textual data and optimize human decision-making in classifying customer comments. This session helped the interns get an insight into the emerging software in the field of data analysis.
