1 in 4 Pakistanis (24%) reported meeting more than 10 people apart from their household members in the past 4 weeks

According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup & Gilani Pakistan, 1 in 4 Pakistanis (24%) reported meeting more than 10 people apart from their household members in the past 4 weeks.

A nationally representative sample of adult men and women from across the four provinces was asked the following question, “Apart from your household members, how many people have you met in the last 4 weeks?” In response to this question, 45% Pakistanis said they had not met anyone except their household members, 14% said they met 1 to 5 people, 15% said they met 6 to 10 people, 10% reported meeting 11 to 20 people while 14% claimed they met over 20 people in the past 4 weeks.
