According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup & Gilani Pakistan, 12% respondents reported that they suffered from fever in the last 4 weeks – one of the symptoms of COVID-19. A majority (78%) reported that they did not feel any illness.

A nationally representative sample of adult men and women from across the four provinces was asked the following question, “In the last 4 weeks, have you suffered from fever, dry cough, breathing difficulty, lethargy, runny nose, upset stomach, sore throat or did you not feel any illness?” In response to this question, 12% said they suffered from fever, 4% from dry cough, 1% had breathing difficulty, 4% experienced lethargy, 4% had a runny nose, 2% reported an upset stomach, 8% had a sore throat and 78% did you not feel any illness.
