A global survey conducted across all continents in 19 countries shows that 18% globally see Unemployment and Poverty as their most important national problems. In Pakistan, the figure is higher than global average at 20%.
The global survey was conducted in 19 countries across the globe covering Europe, Americas, Asia and Africa. The global sample comprised 11,293 men and women, as well as those belonging to various age, income, education and linguistics groups including Pakistan. The respondents were asked; What do you think is the most important problem facing your nation today? Responding to this, 18% believe that unemployment and poverty are their biggest national problem. However in Pakistan 20% believe that unemployment and poverty are their biggest national problems.
