A global survey conducted across all continents in 19 countries shows that globally 8% see Crime and Violence while 3% see Greed and Corruption as their most important national problems. In Pakistan, the figure is 4% for Crime and Violence, and 4% for Greed and Corruption.
The global survey was conducted in 19 countries across the globe covering Europe, Americas, Asia and Africa. The global sample comprised 11,293 men and women, as well as those belonging to various age, income, education and linguistics groups including Pakistan. The respondents were asked; What do you think is the most important problem facing your nation today? Responding to this, 8% believe that crime and violence is the most important national problem whereas 3% believe it to be greed and corruption. However in Pakistan 4% believe crime and violence is the most important national problem and another 4% believe it to be greed and corruption.
