Data Entry


Our data entry mechanism allows for large volumes of data to be entered in very little time accurately and efficiently. For every survey electronic versions of the questionnaire are designed which are virtual replicas of the paper-based ones. The electronic data entry file is integrated with in-built skip and logic checks to minimize the chances of errors and mistypes. Thus, the combination of design and functionality of the entry module accelerates the key-punch operations to a large extent.

As a further step towards verification, typically, 10% of every Key Punch Operator's work is double-punched for errors. If the error percentage exceeds the norm, the data entry is redone.
